Service Description

Donation Pickup Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing to support us through your donation of gently used items. Your generosity makes a meaningful difference, and we aim to make the donation process as seamless as possible. Please review the following terms for our donation pickup service: Flat Rate Pickup Fee: A flat rate fee will apply for the pickup of items. This fee supports our logistical costs and ensures we can continue to provide donation pickups for the community. Acceptable Items: We gladly accept gently used items that are in clean, usable condition. Non-Acceptable Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept food items, broken items, or those that are torn or significantly damaged. Photo Requirement: To ensure items meet our donation guidelines, please provide a photo of each item before the scheduled pickup. Photos can be submitted via email or through our online platform. Pickup Location: For the convenience and safety of all parties, items must be left outside the property for pickup. Please ensure all items are secured and easily accessible to our pickup team. Receipt of Donation: A donation receipt will be emailed to you once the items are successfully picked up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these terms, which help us ensure the quality and safety of donations we receive. Thank you for your support!


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to donate to Harmony Healing Foundation. Your contributions help us support individuals and families in need. To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup process, please review our donation pickup policy below: Pickup Fee: A logistics fee is required to cover the costs associated with picking up your donation. This fee will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Item Condition: All items must be placed outside at the agreed-upon pickup location before the scheduled pickup window. We cannot accept any broken items, equipment that is not functional, or items that do not meet safety and usability standards. Pickup Window: Donations will be collected within a two-hour pickup window. The pickup driver will contact you when en route to your address to confirm arrival time. Preparation for Pickup: Ensure items are securely placed in a clean, accessible area to facilitate quick and safe pickup. For large or heavy items, please provide clear access and notify us if special arrangements are needed. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. By adhering to this policy, you help us streamline our operations and maximize our impact on the community. We appreciate your support and generosity.
