Browsing resources

You can browse resource information without creating an account or submitting a support form. Search selections may appear in the page address. External resource providers have their own privacy practices.

Requesting support or getting involved

When you submit a form, Harmony collects the information you enter so our team can respond and manage your request. Forms are processed and stored through Wix. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive documents through these forms.

Sharing with a provider

Opening a provider’s website takes you to its own service. This directory does not automatically submit an application or transfer your support form to that provider. Contact Harmony to discuss any referral that would require sharing your information.

Donations

Payment information is handled by the checkout and payment provider. Do not send card or bank information through a support form or email.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Harmony uses its existing Google Analytics property to measure visits to selected public pages and clicks opening the secure donation page. A predefined giving-campaign label can identify visits from our Google ads. Other query parameters and search terms are excluded from this integration. Analytics is off until you allow it. We do not load this analytics integration on resource-search or support-form pages, send form answers to Google, or enable Google signals or advertising personalization. An outbound donation click is not recorded as a completed donation.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement through this integration; it does not erase records already collected. The separate giving platform uses its own privacy and cookie settings.

Wix and other services used to operate the website may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality. Your browser settings can help you control cookies.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for follow-up, email sasheen@harmonysupport.org. Some records may need to be retained for organizational, transaction, or reporting obligations.
